New Administrator Quick Start
So, you are a new administrator of Thematic!
Thematic uses AI and human input to quickly analyze large volumes of feedback. It allows you to find insights in feedback to help prioritize the right improvements for customers. In Thematic, you can understand common themes, impact on scores, trends, and emerging issues.
This guide will help you to get started quickly as an administrator of Thematic.

Step 3. Adding feedback data in Thematic - Admin only
Thematic becomes useful once there are feedback datasets that have been analyzed by our AI and reviewed by you.
Or, you can also add data to Thematic manually.
Once the data is analyzed by Thematic, you or your users can review and refine themes suggested by AI. Here's how you can edit themes in the Manage themes area.
Step 4. Inviting other users to Thematic - Admin only
The more people use Thematic, the more aligned is everyone on user needs.
