Filter customization
Filters are available in the analytic tools and dashboards and allow you to view and compare different segments of your data. Filters are created with the additional information provided in your data and can be added, removed and customized at any time. Contact the Thematic admin in your organization or email your Thematic contact to request filter changes.
Filters are available at the top of dashboards and analytic tools.
In the analytic tools you can select multi options in a single filter by clicking them. Click off the filter menu to load them. You can apply a second set of filters to compare against using the orange "Compare with". Use the x to the left of an individual filter or the "clear all filters" at the bottom to remove filters.
Example filters
Response score (eg. Net Promoter Score, 5 star rating or Customer Satisfaction Score)
A score can be filtered by individual scores or customized buckets eg. NPS individual scores (0 to 10) or buckets (Detractor 0-6, Passive 7-8, Promoter 9-10).
Date - Full date range picker
This date filter shows all the dates in your data and lets you choose a custom range. Click a date to select a starting point and click another date to select the ending point. Use the Double arrows at the top to jump forward or
Free text (response type, brand, store, division etc.)
This filter depends on any additional column in your data and can be customized to show all or a selection of the options, as well as some logic groupings eg. field contains "passenger" or "driver". This filter can also handle numbers eg. "0 touchpoints" or ">=1 touchpoints".
Custom text searching
This filter allows you to look for specific keywords in the text of the responses, either the untranslated or translated response if available. This filter can also be configured to search any column eg. searching for specific ID's.
