How to modify a users data set permissions
Only Administrator accounts can modify other accounts data set permissions. Only Viewer and Analyst accounts can have data set permissions set, Administrators can always view all data sets.
1. Log into Thematic, open the top right drop-down menu and select Administration.
2. Select a Viewer or Analyst account to modify. Click the Edit button in the bottom left.
3. Under Survey access you will see all the data sets in your Thematic. You can check All to allow the user to see all the data sets, or select individual data sets for the user to see. Data sets the user can't see will be hidden from them in the Reports and Analyze drop-down menus.
4. Click update to modify and save that users new survey accessibility.
