How to set up integrations
Thematic can automatically pull your data from these sources. Here are the instructions to get these data sources set up. If there are issues, you may need to manually upload your data
Integrations are only available on paid plans and will pull data continuously.
iOS Store or Android Store
Open the manage data page, create a new dataset and select Appstore reviews as the Data Source Type, then enter your app details
eg. https://apps.apple.com/nz/app/facebook/id284882215 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.facebook.katana&hl=en
Other sources
In the portal open the Manage integrations page in the top-right drop-down menu. Then enter the details required.
If you don't see the "Manage integrations" drop-down in your menu, you haven't been given permission to edit them. Check with your organization's administrator or reach out to your contact at Thematic to get this resolved.
After the integration is connected go to the Manage data page and create a new dataset. Set the Data Source Type as the integration, filling out any additional information needed.

Salesforce
- Authorize your google account by logging into Google and following the flow back to Thematic
Survey Monkey
- Authorize Thematic by logging into Survey Monkey and follow the flow back to Thematic
Google Sheets
- Authorize your google account by logging into Google and following the flow back to Thematic
Intercom
- Authorize your Intercom account by logging into Intercom and following the flow back to Thematic
Delighted
- Requires your api key (Can be found with https://delighted.com/docs/api)
Qualtrics
Requires
- Datacenter ID can be retrieved from Account Settings, within the User box. (See guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/ZG9jOjg3NjYzMw-base-url-and-datacenter-i-ds)
- API Key can be retrieved from Account Settings > Qualtric IDs. The page will present the API box showing the API Key or the button to generate a new one. (See guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/api-key-authentication)
- Survey IDs can be retrieved from Account Settings > Qualtric IDs. The page will be present a Survey box showing the IDs. (See guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/ZG9jOjg3NjYzNQ-finding-your-qualtrics-i-ds)
The user who sets up a Qualtrics integration will need permission to access the datasets you want to use in Thematic.
