How to set up integrations
Follow these steps for any integrations you want to use to send data to Thematic automatically.
You need to have manage integrations permissions to do some of these steps in the portal. Thematic integrations will continue to pull data until paused or stopped.

iOS Store or Android Store
If you have large amounts of review (20k+), multiple countries or languages to consider contact your CSM as a custom App store pull may be required. Apple store supports country metadata, Google Play store does not. Thematic can automatically detect and translate different languages.
- In the manage data page when creating a new dataset, select Appstore reviews as the Data Source Type, then enter your app details
- Apple Store: Take just the numbers from a URL.

- After entering the app ID's click import data.

Survey Monkey
- Go to the Manage Integrations page in your Thematic portal and select Survey Monkey.
- Click connect and log into Survey Monkey to authorize.
- Once connected, when setting up a new dataset in Thematic you can select Survey Monkey in the Data Source Type and then the survey to pull data from.
- Contact your CSM for next steps.
Your Survey Monkey account needs to have administrator rights of the survey you're trying to load into Thematic. If it doesn't you can invite someone with those permissions to Thematic and they can set up the connection using their account.
Google Sheets
- Go to the Manage Integrations page in your Thematic portal and select GoogleSheets.
- Click connect and log into Google to authorize.
- Once connected, when setting up a new dataset in Thematic you can select GoogleSheets in the Data Source Type and then enter the URL of the sheet you want Thematic to pull data from.

Your Google account needs to have administrator rights of the sheet you're trying to load in Thematic. If it doesn't, you can invite someone with those permissions to Thematic and they can set up the connection using their account. Thematic will pull data from only the first sheet.
Intercom
- Go to the Manage Integrations page in your Thematic portal and select Intercom.
- Click connect and log into Intercom to authorize.
- Once connected, when setting up a new dataset in Thematic you can select Intercom in the Data Source Type.

Delighted

Qualtrics
Requires

- API Key can be retrieved from Account Settings > Qualtric IDs. The page will present the API box showing the API Key or the button to generate a new one. (See guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/api-key-authentication)
- Survey IDs can be retrieved from Account Settings > Qualtric IDs. The page will be present a Survey box showing the IDs. (See guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/ZG9jOjg3NjYzNQ-finding-your-qualtrics-i-ds)
The user who sets up a Qualtrics integration will need permission to access the datasets you want to use in Thematic.
AskNicely

The user who sets up a AskNicely integration will need administrator permissions. AskNicely does pull all surveys into a single dataset, which Thematic can then filter for the correct ones.
Custom variables you want to sue in your analysis may not be included by default.
Alchemer (Formerly Survey Gizmo)

- Coordinate with your CSM about the channels you want analyzed
- Add the discord bot in the integrations page and follow the instructions
- You'll need to be a Discord admin to add the bot
- If you have multiple servers you'll need to select the right one
- Make sure to authorize Thematic discord integration to read message

Other sources
In the portal open the Manage integrations page in the top-right drop-down menu. Then enter the details required.
If you don't see the "Manage integrations" drop-down in your menu, you haven't been given permission to edit them. Check with your organization's administrator or reach out to your contact at Thematic to get this resolved.
After the integration is connected go to the Manage data page and create a new dataset. Set the Data Source Type as the integration, filling out any additional information needed.
