How to set up integrations

Thematic can automatically pull your data from these sources. Here are the instructions to get these data sources set up. You may also need to upload your data manually using csv's or excel files

iOS Store

Thematic will need confirmation of which iOS app is exactly yours. If you can provide the url of your app we can pull the data.

Android Store

Thematic will need confirmation of which Android app is exactly yours. If you can provide the url of your app we can pull the data.

eg. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.facebook.katana&hl=en

Other sources

These sources require you to manally enter details/connect your account in the portal. You'll be sent an email invitation that you can accept and log in with. Then you can find your "Manage integrations" page in the top-right drop-down menu.

Salesforce

  1. Authorize your google account by logging into Google and following the flow back to Thematic
  2. Confirm that it says 'Connected' next to that account

Survey Monkey

You'll be invited to the Thematic portal so you can enter the details we need in the "Manage integrations" page, available in the top-right menu. You'll need to

  1. Authorize the app by logging into Survey Monkey and follow the flow back to Thematic
  2. Confirm that it says 'Connected' next to that account

Google Sheets

You'll be invited to the Thematic portal so you can enter the details we need in the "Manage integrations" page, available in the top-right menu. You'll need to

  1. Authorize your google account by logging into Google and following the flow back to Thematic
  2. Confirm that it says 'Connected' next to that account
  3. Email your contact at Thematic the url of the sheet where your data resides

Delighted

You'll be invited to the Thematic portal so you can enter the details we need in the "Manage integrations" page, available in the top-right menu. We'll need your

  1. api key (Can be found with https://delighted.com/docs/api)

Qualtrics

You'll be invited to the Thematic portal so you can enter the details we need in the "Manage integrations" page, available in the top-right menu. We'll need

  1. datacenter id (can be found with https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/base-url-and-datacenter-ids)
  2. api token (can be found with https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/api-key-authentication)
  3. survey id (which can be emailed to your contact at Thematic) (https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/finding-your-qualtrics-ids-1)

Ask Nicely

  1. api key
  2. domain (i.e https://jetstar.asknice.ly)

Survey Gizmo

Confirmit
