Dashboards are not enabled by default for all your data sets. If you're interested in a dashboard for one or more of your data sets ask your contact at Thematic.
A dashboard is a summarized view of Thematic's analytics on your data. It can focus on all your data, data from a specific time period or data from a specific customer segment.
Open your dashboards using the Report drop-down menu in the navigation bar. A data set's dashboard will be named after it ie. "NPS Survey Dashboard" or "CSAT Survey Dashboard".
The filters in the top right of the page let you select what data the dashboard analyzes. These filters will depend on your data and any filters available in the analyze tool for the data set can be added here. The dashboard will select all data by default unless your data contains dates, then the most recent month or quarter will be selected.
Data that contains years and months, but not days will have each month's data placed in one day.
If your data contains multiple questions each question may have its own widgets placed under a header.
Dashboards are made up of individual widgets, the widgets in your dashboard are customizable and depend on your data.
