IP Whitelisting

For some integrations you may need to whitelist IP addresses that Thematic will use to connect to services.

These IPs are dedicated egress IPs for Thematic's outbound integrations in each region. They are static, reserved addresses we own. When our integration services connect to other systems, traffic will always originate from these IPs regardless of how many backend workers are running in parallel.

The IPv4 addresses we have allocated for whitelisting are in the table below. Please make sure to talk to your CSM to ensure that these will work for you as in some instances they have to be enabled per integration.
