In this article, we will outline how to view the history of data processing and uploads under manage data for an individual dataset, including how to download the input file, and how to export data.


Data import processing history

  1. In the manage data page, under the dataset of choice, simply select 'manage dataset' under the cogwheel icon

  1. Select 'Most recent history' to view history of imports with timestamps. Click on 'download' to download the input data.


Exporting Thematic Datasets to sFTP

Automatically export your Thematic datasets to your preferred destination, saving you time and ensuring your data is always up to date.

Note: Currently, we support sFTP destinations only, but we're looking to expand to more destinations. If you have a specific export need, please reach out to us!


Creating Your First Export Destination

Setting up an export is quick and straightforward:

  • Navigate to the 'Manage Data' page
  • Click the settings icon for the dataset you want to export and select 'Manage Dataset'

  • In the left-hand panel, click on 'Dataset export'
  • Click + Add destination
  • Select your destination
  • Fill in your destination's details and click Connect
  • Choose how often you'd like the data to be automatically exported
  • When you're satisfied with the configuration, click Publish

Your data will now automatically export to your destination at the frequency you've selected.


Managing Export Destinations

After adding your first export destination, you'll see it listed in the Dataset export screen. Here, you can:

  1. Add more destinations
  2. Manually refresh a destination
  3. Pause an export
  4. Edit the destination details
  5. View the most recent export history
