Thematic Categories

Thematic can help group your responses into 3 actionable categories for your reporting. This is done in a seperate Thematic system and not affected by your dataset themes or sentiment.

1 Issues

There's a clear problem or difficulty the response is mentioning, example responses will look like

  • The update is buggy and makes everything more confusing.
  • App will not open since the last update for no reason.

2 Questions

A response has a question or is asking for clarification, example responses will look like

  • Where has the chat gone. Why can't a close down a stream.
  • Can't use without signing up or signing in. A bit silly, why do I need an account to watch someone...?

3 Requests

A response has specifically made a request

  • I think the new update is refreshing though there should be an option for the old interface.
  • I like the app and everything but can the next update let you change your profile pic.

Thematic displays this information in a few places in the portal

Filters

Look for the "Categories" filter at the bottom of your filters

Comment metadata

Expanding a comments metadata will show the Categories it's been marked with

Feedback metadata

Categories is an available metadata option in the feedback tool
